My Story
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Houston, TX. When I was 17 years old, I was feeling stuck after growing up in the same town my whole life. So I decided to attend college at Colorado School of Mines, an engineering school located in the outskirts of Denver.
I met and fell in love with my husband there. Together, Patrick and I spent countless late nights studying, working, and cramming, and in the the rare spare moments, we escaped to the mountains. Six years later, we graduated with 4 degrees between the two of us.
Soon after, Patrick and I moved back go Houston and got married. After seeing our wedding photographer in action, I fell in love with with the art. I picked up a camera and the rest is history.
My Photography Philosophy
My style can be described as timeless, romantic, and organic. I love capturing joy, laughter, and genuine emotion in my images. I believe photos are a representation of your story and legacy and that every story deserves to be told. I strive to create timeless images for my clients that can be passed down from generation to generation.
Enough about photography, let’s get to the fun stuff!
Diana’s Favorite Things
Anything Floral
My favorite thing to wear is a flowy, floral dress!
Tacos
I love everything Tex-Mex but tacos are definitely my favorite. I could eat them every single day!
The Outdoors
I love visiting both State and National Parks. If you ever want to shoot at one, I’m ALWAYS down. Even if you don’t want to travel far, there are some beautiful locations in hill country, not far away from Houston.
Brunch
Mimosas and french toast will always have my heart.
All Things Sweet
I have the biggest sweet tooth. I love anything and everything chocolate!
My Pets
One day, my husband and I walked into the animal shelter looking for a feline friend and ended up taking home two of the most adorable fluff balls you’ve ever seen. They are the sweetest pair of brothers and are just oh, so cuddly! Seriously, one is curled up on my lap right now as I type this.
